David Skipton, BSBA, PCLS
President/Executive Adjuster
Mr. David Skipton holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing/Accountancy; over the last two decades he has handled dozens of multi-million dollar insurance claims and over the previous decade was in the restaurant design/construction industry where he was involved in the construction of more than 150 restaurants and food service facilities. David's hands-on construction experience is a significant benefit in investigating and estimating structural damages.
David has completed numerous insurance industry education courses and is one the very few insurance adjusters to achieve the prestigious Property Claims Law Specialist designation, which is an intensive group of insurance law courses designed to educate the student in understanding and applying court room decisions to everyday insurance coverage situations.
David's formal education in accounting and extensive forensic accounting experience
has proven to be a significant benefit in the favorable resolution of loss of business income claims. |

Justin Skipton, BS
Executive Vice President/Adjuster
Mr. Justin Skipton holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Arizona State University and has completed numerous insurance industry education courses. Justin continues to take claim adjusting courses to supplement the strong skills he has already developed and works closely with his father/mentor, David, to hone his adjusting skills.
Justin has been working with his father for more than a decade, learning the insurance claim adjusting business and has developed superior skills in the processing and adjusting of claims. Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Doug Berg holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accountancy from Arizona State University and a Master's Degree from University of Tulsa.
Doug is a Certified Public Accountant with several years experience working for one of the nation’s top 10 accounting firms. Doug manages all the corporations' administrative and accounting operations and assists our customer in preparation and analysis of loss of business income claims and with other intensive forensic accounting matters. Doug’s skill in understanding the business of financial accounting has proven to be a significant asset to our clients and have resulted in substantially larger claim recoveries.

Brian Molineaux, SPPA
Executive General Adjuster
Brian has more than 30 years experience in the claim adjusting business with the first 12 years being for insurance companies. Brian has handled millions of dollars in claims, some totaling more than $250 million dollars. He has extensive worldwide claims experience as he has adjusted losses in England, France, Puerto Rico, Hong Kong, Panama, Guam and the Philippines.
Mr. Molineaux holds a Senior Professional Public Adjuster (SPPA) designations which are awarded to public insurance adjusters who have met specific experience and educational requirements, completed a qualifying examination prescribed by a Board of Examiners, and subscribe to a code of ethics for business and professional conduct. The program is sponsored by the National Association of Public Insurance Adjusters (NAPIA).There are less than 110 SPPA's nationwide. |

Before joining Skipton & Associates, Inc., John owned a franchise consulting firm where he represented over 250 major concepts and sold numerous franchises to entrepreneurs throughout the nation. John also spent several years as an Investment Advisor for The Vanguard Group and Charles Schwab.
John’s ability to analyze problems and recommend solutions that best suit his client’s needs is his strongest asset. We have placed John in charge of establishing long-term customer relationships with corporate level executives throughout Skipton & Associates, Inc.’s multi-state territory.
